Baby it's cold outside!

Baby, it is cold outside!  Winter is definitely here and I don't think there is any going back now. It is such a pain to bundle Stella up every single time we go out.  We all hate it.  Here is a picture of her and daddy heading out the door on Friday to go to Promisetowne.  

I will say that having a kid has helped put me in the Christmas spirit this year.  For the last few years the holiday season has been a little blah but i'm definitely starting to feel the cheer!  We have to get our Christmas lights up outside this week and take Stella to get a pic with Santa.  I love hearing Christmas music and i'm really looking forward to our trip back to Oklahoma for the holidays.  I am really excited to see my best friend Steph and meet her new twins.  I am bursting with excitement to hold Camden and Harper and kiss their big bro Carter! !!!!!  You will see pictures of that moment for sure!!!!  I'll take a million pics to share!  One of the hardest things about living away from close friends and family is missing their kids grow.  I guess that's just part of life.

 

I just returned from a Womens Retreat in Wisconsin (I guess that's what you could call it..) so it has put me a little behind on the blogging but I assure you that i'll keep updating this!  I kind of like it....
